Glad you dumped Winsucks. I'm no stranger to Linux, I just never was able to install it on that machine until recently. Probably something to do with it being a pre-built Windows 11 machine, because once I turned off secure boot and disk encryption, it actually detected my SSD... Before my mobo or GPU died (idk which) on my HP 6300MT sleeper, I ran Linux on it, for GAMING, all the way back in like 2019...
