dunno it's a slippery slope. i saw a story of a lady who got it just because she had allergies to some chemicals and could not find housing.she sought the maid.  then i see a story about a guy who's going to be homeless and wanted it.  then there's a lady who had surgery and wasn't getting better. she was considering it and a family member contacted them. she changed her mind but Somehow it still got done.
