 I didn't pay a now, non-refundable deposit for a phone that advertised
 the following, but is a chinese-made phone available on Amazon for
 $126.

And, my phone shipped. And I'm using it. Unlike the people who paid a
deposit for a Trump phone months ago and still haven't received one,
