that must be a california thing.  I used to travel to the east coast every 
year and i never saw anything bad.   Truck stops are actually pretty awesome.

if they sold trucker amphetamines and 'other sketchy pills' they would be 
shut down and no more big money for the owners.

When is the last time you were in a truck stop? They dont have anything cheap 
there.  truckers have good money.
