Wisconsin is bordered by Illinois to the south, Minnesota to the west, Lake
Michigan to east, and Lake Superior and Michigan U.P. to the north. Have to
swim halfway across Superior to get to Canadian border. Don't think your
geography works. Besides, is Quebec really Canada? LOL. 
As to serving, fresh from the vat, still warm with their squeaky richness.
