True, sushi is flash frozen in most cases to kill parasites, but I'm
more concerned about the truck drive from a coast to Arkansas.

Doing a little digging, it's interesting to note that "Arkansas Sushi"
is a term referring to fusion rolls, and that Isbell farms in Arkansas
became a pioneer in growing sushi rices in America and is a major
supplier of rice for sake production.
