Or finding Usenet news and people discussing everything? I think that is sort of like asking "how does one become a virgin again"? Aside from some amnesia event, it really isn't possible. The other day I was thinking how nice it would be to remember that I liked a movie but only remember what happened during the movie for a short while. That way, after a brief time, I could watch "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" or the original "Nosferatu" and relive that initial surprise/shock of the reveal of the monster and the surprise endings. For that matter, to be able to rewatch a classic like "Casablanca" and relive the surprise of that ending.
