Since I don't see an echo specifically for recipies/cooking/food, and since a lot of folks consider cooking to be a hobby, I figured this echo was the best one to post this in:

Taco Soup

6-8 Servings

1# Ground Beef
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
28 oz can whole tomatoes with juice
14 oz can kidney beans with juice
15 oz can corn with juice
8 oz tomato sauce
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1-2 cups water
salt & Pepper to taste
---
Grated Cheese
Tortilla chips
Sour Cream

Brown beef and onions in skillet, Drain.
Combine everything, except cheese & chips, in crock pot, cover
Cook on low 4-6 hours
Ladle into bowls & top with cheese.
Serve with Tortilla chips and Sour Cream.
