Yeah, I've been aware of that for a long time.  ATS is short for Applicant Tracking System, and as far as I know, it's simply a system for keeping track of people who have applied for what jobs (which I think makes sense for a company to have).  I don't think it necessarily means they're using AI, but I've heard a lot of companies are using AI with their ATS these days.n
