 I've been hiring for my organization lately. It's obvious which resumes
 are tailored to my job descriptions, when they hit every software title
 or technology we're asking for.

 Then, when HR passes them on to me for a video interview, it's totally
 obvious that they have no experience with it. My screening question is,
 "Tell me a story about your experiences with {software/technology} and
 how it affected the company for the better?"

 They'll usually open a LLM window and start reading what comes out.
