so, In need of a new WCX idea. So figured that, with Rob's permission, 
?I'd make something similar to sbbslist for Wildcat :)  Similar to what 
I did with the qwk by ftp script synchronet has (though mine is called 
wcqwknet:))  S4eems like I am startng to draw a lot of inspiration for 
WINSERVER mods from Synchronet.
