Okay grabbing and running
Https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x86.exe  helped.  I even had to reboot.

Oh one more question.  I have rg pipe codes in various mods and text files.
I have extra attribute codes turned on but it's still displaying the pipe code instead of the color in this version.   I had a few other people ask me about this.

Is this intentional?
