After doing on all the steps on wiki web site to patch the current version of
sbbs and useredit this annoying error keeps showing up and will not stop until
I restart sbbs.

terror 2 no such file or directory opening /sbbs/ctrl/main.ini when trying to
use the user edit from the sbbs console
