Yeah, absolutely...  That was Phil's choice of words, and I was just 
responding to the idea that MANY other folks are able to run Win64 
without ANY of the self-induced problems that he has.  It wasn't really 
directed at being stuck with that OS/ver, more so just the *HE* can't 
make it work.
