Maybe ut was a typo error but the directory location of my sbbs has not
changed. For the env for sbbsctrl I have checked it it several times and its
set to c:\users\plt\sbbs\ctrl. I do agree with this --> Phil's been using the
File->Run->File Manager option a lot, so it could be related to that.
