No, it's not even that.  When given specific, real-time instructions 
(most noticeable in the #Synchronet IRC channel), he does not appear to 
even see it, and rambles on as if nobody replied to his question.  Or, 
when asked a specific question, will respond with something completely 
non-related.  On the rare occasion that he does respond, it is so full 
of typos and mistakes (path/filenames usually) that it only confuses the 
issue further.

One cannot fully appreciate this without visiting the IRC channel and 
watching it unfold.  Bring some popcorn.
