you should probably clean out what you can.  you will have some weird stuff 
happening possibly.

most of the current sysops just dont have many customizations so it doesnt 
make a difference if everything gets replaced. if you run a bbs for decades 
you can have an issue here or there upgrading.

the new ini format is decent for the xtrn section.
