Clean up orphaned BBS cache directories

del_bbs() now removes the cache dir alongside the INI section, the
rename path in edit_name() renames the cache dir to match, and
show_bbslist() sweeps orphaned cache dirs on startup (preserving
syncterm-system-cache).
