qtmonitor: subscribe to $SYS topics, dynamic Broker log pane

Subscribe to $SYS/#. When $SYS/broker/version starts with
"Synchronet MQTT Broker ", dynamically create a Broker log pane.
$SYS/broker/log/{level} messages go to the Broker pane and the
BBS aggregate pane.
