From your statement I can tell that you are
1. A Leftoid - who can't understand human nature.
2. A newbie.

If you had been around Fido Net since the 1980's, you'd know that it's never
worked.  The best that can be done is a "gentleman's agreement" to take things
to private messages or other groups, and to kick off the more egregious ones.
