A charitable group she founded tried to ship C= 64s to school in Viet Nam, and the powers that be had a fit.. When I mentioned that causually to someone during conversation, I was told that you could still launch nukes with a C=64. Too many logical reply's too too much energy.... If/When we go to war with China, it will be strange that Viet Nam will probbably be our ally in the region... Embargoes don't hurt the regieme, as they get first dibs of the pot, it also never makes them turn against the regieme, as it gives them someone else to point fingers at...
