Ward, In my 20's a Taxicab Company offered Driving Lessons and I paid them to
teach me how to drive a car and was able to take the test to get a Drivers
License ( You're thinking the roads are not safe anymore) .
The driving instructor had me go to rhe area the State did there test at and
taught me what I needed todo to pass the driving test, everything including
turning the key off after parking.

So I passed and drove the instructor from the test site back to the Cab
Company.
Then I took the Bus home (some months later I began shopping for a car.).
