1) It's posted on the first and fifteenth of the month, hardly all the time.

2) Instead of complaining about no traffic, why don't you try to make 
intelligent conversation instead of whining or maybe fix that netmail bug in 
Renegade that Nick fixed but you and your brogrammers can't fix?

3) It also helps if you read the echo rules:

* The moderators have the final say in dealing with problems in the echo.
  If you have something to say about a moderator's action, please  contact 
them via netmail (preferred) or email.

TLDR; don't complain if you break the echo ruloes while doing so.
