I got all three:

BSO-1-0.ZIP
PKTINDEX.ZIP
PKTI101.ZIP

I also got the first and third on that list in MIN_BBS.

Seems more correct for them to be in MIN_BBS, rather than CH-WARE, since 
they're not CheepWare doors.
