I'm referring to the type where the answering 'voice' asks you to
state your problem and they will try to sort it out for you.
At first you may not even realize you're not talking to a person.

I usually get transferred off with the voice saying it has no
information on that specific problem.

Yes, I think I speak fairly clearly but those ones can be a problem.
