I have several concerns about this. First, employee's already use overly subjective and pseudoscientific models to gauge personality and mental health such as the Myers Briggs Personality Test MBTI. Second, if you have ever played around with AI models, in any personal / mental health "conversations", the model heavily favors the user it is having the inateraction with. You can try this out yourself. Find a ficticious scenary of relationship discord. (Book, Movie, TV Show) and feed it into the model in two different sessions, each session pretending to be one side of the party. The AI model will take the side of the user doing the input. Third, the model could be skewed to try to provide the support most advantageous to the company.
