He actually isn't the first one to do this.  His former buddy Bill Clinton
used some military actions to distract us from his problems, too... like
when he ordered an airstrike on a pharmaceutical factory claiming it was a
chemical weapons plant in hopes that we'd stop talking about Monica
Lewinsky.
