The other would be that if we let them run health care, then certain things... think women's reproductive health... would probably be covered based on the whims of whoever is in charge at that particular time. For instance, right now I am guessing that it would not be covered at all, even in states where it is legal. Either that, or it would be used to track who is going to states that allow it in order to receive care.
