      Title: Mango Tango Smoothie

      1 lg Ripe mango;
           - peeled; pitted,
           - cut into chunks
      1 c  Fresh orange juice; cold
      1 lg Ripe banana;
           - peeled, cut into chunks,
           - frozen
 
  Frozen bananas make the smoothie thicker and creamer than unfrozen
  and do not dilute the smoothie the way ice can. Keep frozen chunks of
  peeled, ripe bananas on hand for spontaneous smoothie making.
  
  In a blender, combine the mango chunks and orange juice and process
  until smooth. Add the frozen banana chunks and blend until thick and
  frothy. Pour into two glasses and serve at once.
