      Title: Sauerkraut And Fresh Pigs Feet

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      4    Pigs feet;
           - up to 6, cut in halves
     64 oz Fresh sauerkraut (2 jars)
      1 lg Onion; +1 sm
           Salt & pepper; to taste
      1 qt Water
 
  Cut pigs feet in halves, place in roasting pan. Add salt, black
  pepper, onions, and juice from sauerkraut. Cook for 1-1/2 hours. Add
  kraut and 1 qt water. Cook for 45 minutes more in 350?F oven.
