MMMMM------------------------GINGER CAKE-----------------------------
  1 1/2 c  Flour; sifted
      2 tb Baking powder
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Ginger
  1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Ground cloves
    1/2 c  Milk
      2    Eggs; beaten
    1/2 c  Molasses
    1/2 c  Butter

MMMMM---------------------PRUNE WHIP TOPPING--------------------------
      1 cn Evaporated milk or whipping
           -cream; chilled
      1 c  Powdered sugar
      1 cn Baby prunes; strained
 
  Ginger Cake:
  
  Sift dry ingredients, add milk to egg. Pour into dry ingredients and
  stir until smooth.
  
  Stir in molasses and butter. Mix well and pour into greased shallow
  9x9" pan.
  
  Bake at 350?F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  
  Prune Whip Topping:
  
  Whip cream until stiff. Gradually add powdered sugar and prune whip
  alternately using a fold-in method.
