Hi Ben,

RH> Tasty is what counts. We made a big (6 dozen) batch of meat balls
RH> yesterday; most were frozen for later use but 4 made their way into a
RH> small pot of dressed up Rao's marinara sauce poured over whole wheat
RH> spaghetti. Like your supper, ours was quite tasty.

 BC> Nice..

I do it every so often, using whole wheat bread crumbs from the bread I
make. I used to make bread on a regular basis so had a ready source for
crumbs but stopped (various reasons) a while back. Had to make a loaf in
the machine. Guess I'll have to make another one somewhat soon; between
the meat balls and meat loaf I made last week, I'm down to about half a
cup of crumbs.

BC> Some time ago someone gave me a couple of packets of Tabitha
Brown's BC> Burger Business seasoning. I am cooking a pot of locally
grown little BC> red beans. I plan to partially mash and saute them
with the seasoning BC> and to serve it with rice & vegetables.

Never heard of Tabitha Brown. How did your beans turn out? We went with
a local couple and a visiting couple (all ham radio connected) to our
favorite seafood place for supper tonight. Other local couple enjoys it
as much as we do; 3rd couple was visiting family in the area so I
wouldn't be surprised on when they do subsequent trips, they'll want to
go back to this place. Their seafood is top quality; yes, there are
other (non seafood) choices available but why have one of them if you're
going to a place known for doing seafood well? (G)
