      Title: Vegan London Fog Latte
 Categories: Beverages, Tea
      Yield: 1 Drink

      1 c  Water (240 ml)
      2 ts Loose Earl Grey tea -OR-
      4 g Earl Grey tea bag
    3/4 c  Unsweetened plant milk
           - (180 ml);
           - oat or almond work well
      1 tb Maple syrup (15 ml);
           - or to taste
    1/4 ts Vanilla extract (1.25 ml)

  This cozy London Fog recipe blends fragrant Earl Grey tea, vanilla and
  creamy vegan milk into a sweet cafe-style latte you can make at home!

  Bring the water just to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle. Pour
  the hot water over the Earl Grey tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes,
  depending on how strong you like it. Remove the tea leaves or tea bag.

  In a small saucepan, gently heat the plant milk over medium-low heat
  until hot but not boiling. If you like foam, froth the warm milk
  using a handheld frother or whisk vigorously.

  Stir the maple syrup and vanilla extract into the hot tea until fully
  dissolved.

  Pour the hot tea into a large mug. Slowly add the warm (or frothed)
  plant milk on top.

  Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately while hot,
  with a light sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
