      Title: Broccoli Rabe & White Bean Pizza

      1 bn Broccoli rabe;
           - stems trimmed,
           - leaves coarsely chopped
      1 tb Olive oil
      3 cl Garlic; minced
  1 1/2 c  Cannellini or
           - other white beans;
           - cooked, mashed -OR-
     15 oz Can beans;
           - rinsed, drained, mashed
           Salt
           Black pepper; freshly ground
           Traditional Pizza Dough
 
  Preheat the oven to 450?F. Bring a medium-sized pot of salted water
  to a boil over high heat. Cook the broccoli rabe until tender, about
  10 minutes. Drain very well and set aside.
  
  Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the
  garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the broccoli
  rabe, beans, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes to
  blend the flavors. Set aside.
  
  Punch the dough down. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out or
  stretch the dough into a circle about 1/4" thick. Lightly oil a pizza
  pan or baking sheet and place the dough on it, stretching it to fit.
  Bake on the bottom oven rack for 8 minutes.
  
  Remove from the oven and top with the broccoli rabe mixture,
  spreading it to within 1/2" of the edge. Bake until the crust is
  golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
