      Title: Bean Sprout Banchan
 Categories: Vegetables
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      2 c  Bean sprouts
      2 ts Seasoned rice vinegar
      2 ts Soy sauce
      1 ts Sesame oil
      1 ts Sugar
 
  Place the bean sprouts in a bowl. Bring a kettle to boil, then pour
  the boiling water over the bean sprouts to cover. Let sit for 2
  minutes, then drain.
  
  Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl, then toss
  with bean sprouts
  
  Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  before serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
