      Title: Pineapple Cucumber Salad

      3 c  Fresh pineapple (450 g);
           - peeled, cored, cut into
           - bite-size chunks
      1 lg English cucumber (300 g);
           - halved lengthwise,
           - sliced into half-moons
    1/4 c  Cilantro (10 g);
           - finely chopped
      2 tb Fresh lime juice (30 ml)
      1 tb Olive oil (15 ml)
      1 ts Maple syrup (7 ml)
    1/4 ts Fine sea salt (1.5 g)
           Black pepper (0.5 g);
           - freshly ground, to taste
      1 pn Red chili flakes (0.2 g)
 
  Preparation time: 15 minutes
  
  This easy pineapple cucumber salad is crisp, juicy and tossed in a
  tangy lime dressing. It's refreshing, quick and perfect for summer!
  
  Add the pineapple chunks and sliced cucumber to a large mixing bowl.
  
  Add the chopped cilantro.
  
  In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, maple
  syrup, fine sea salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  
  Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is
  evenly coated.
  
  Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle it with red chili
  flakes. Serve immediately or chill for 10 to 15 minutes for a more
  refreshing salad.
