      Title: Sweet Potato Pond
 Categories: Puddings
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      3 md Sweet potatoes; raw
      1 tb Nutmeg
      4 tb Flour
      2    Eggs
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      5 tb Vanilla
    1/2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 c  Milk
    1/4 c  Buter; melted
 
  Grease one deep dish well. Set aside. Grate raw sweet potatoes. Mix
  all ingredients together, pour into well-greased baking dish. Bake at
  350?F until well done.
