      Title: Talihui Murghi (Spicy Fried Chicken)

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    500 g  Chicken breast;
           - cut into bite sized pieces
      1    Lemon;
           - juice of (several tb)
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      2 tb Oil
           Fresh ginger (1");
           - ground into paste
      2 cl Garlic; ground into paste
      1 ts Ground cumin
      2 ts Ground coriander
      1 ts Garam masala
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Chili powder
 
  Marinate chicken pieces in lemon juice for 1 hour.
  
  Fry onion in oil until slightly golden.
  
  Add ginger and garlic paste and fry briefly.
  
  Drain leftover lemon juice. Add chicken pieces and fry for 10 to
       15    minutes on medium heat.
  
  Add all spices and continue frying for 10 minutes.
  
  Serve with chapatis.
