      Title: Orange Chocolate Mousse
 Categories: Dessert
      Yield: 4 Servings

      8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
    1/3 c Milk
      2 tb Sugar
      1 pn Salt
      2 tb Vegetable oil
      1 tb Curacao or OJ
      1 tb Vanilla
  1 1/2 c Heavy cream

Finely chop the chocolate in a food processor; set aside.

Put milk, sugar, and salt in pot; heat until sugar dissolves.

Add chocolate and stir gently; let chocolate melt.

Add vegetable oil and stir in gently (don't want to make bubbles).

Add Curacao/OJ and vanilla; gently stir in.

Set aside to cool a bit while you whip the cream.

  Gently fold together.

Note from Dennis Gelpe, Bakery Consultant, Gelpe's American
Pastries, Ltd. I made mine pareve (that is, without dairy products)
using Rich's whip for whipping, diluting it to approximately 1/6
cup Rich's to 1/6 cup water for the milk substitute. Follow the
carton directions for the whipping portion. Hope this helps.
