      Title: Stir Fried Beef
 Categories: Beef
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak
      2 ts Vegetable oil
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Vinegar
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      2 lg Onions; sliced
      1 lg Tomato; sliced
      3 c  Potatoes; boiled, diced
 
  Trim fat from steak and cut steak into small, thin pieces.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil and saute garlic until garlic is golden.
  
  Add steak, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring
  beef until brown.
  
  Add onion and tomato. Cook until onion is transparent. Serve with
  boiled potatoes.
