MMMMM-------------------------CASSEROLE------------------------------
     16 oz Pkg frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c  White onion; minced
    1/4 c  Green onions; chopped
     28 oz Creamed corn (2 cans)
      1 tb Canola oil
      2 ts Vinegar
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground black pepper

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1/2 c  Bread crumbs; toasted
      2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
 
  Preheat oven to 400?F. Warm frozen spinach in a saucepan over medium
  heat. Drain excess liquid.
  
  Combine spinach, onions, creamed corn, canola oil, vinegar, salt, and
  pepper in a casserole dish.
  
  Spread bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese over top of casserole. Bake
  for 20 to 30 minutes.
