      Title: Watermelon Salsa

      2 c  Watermelon;
           - seeded, coarsely chopped
      2 tb Onion; chopped
      3 tb Anaheim chile;
           - seeded, chopped
      2 tb Balsamic vinegar
    1/4 ts Garlic salt
 
  In a serving bowl, mix together the watermelon, onion, and chile
  pepper. Season with balsamic vinegar and garlic salt. Cover and
  refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  
  Notes:
  
  Works well with orange or yellow watermelons, in addition to red
  watermelons.
