      Title: Creamy Cashew Pea Pesto

    1/2 c  Peas (75 g);
           - fresh or thawed
    1/2 c  Soft kale (20 g);
           - de-stemmed -OR-
    1/2 c  Parsley (20 g)
    1/4 c  Raw cashews (35 g)
      3 tb Vegan Parmesan cheese
           - (15 g);
           - up to 4 tb (20 g)
      1 tb Lime juice (1 sm) (10 ml)
           Sea salt; to taste
      2 tb Olive oil (30 ml);
           - up to 3 tb (45 ml)
 
  Preparation time: 5 minutes
  Cooking time: 5 minutes
  
  This easy cashew pea pesto is loaded with spring flavour and extra
  creamy. Use it for pasta, sandwiches, pizza, and even as a vegetable
  dip!
  
  Pulse the peas and kale in a food processor until combined. Add the
  cashews, parmesan cheese, lime juice and salt. Blend all together for
  a few pulses.
  
  With the food processor still running, slowly pour in 2 tb of olive
  oil, a tb at a time. Blend together until completely combined and
  creamy, there shouldn't be any whole pieces of any of the ingredients.
  
  Taste and add 1 tb more olive oil if desired, and add more sea salt to
  taste if necessary.
