      Title: Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 24 Cookies
 
  1 1/4 c  All-purpose flour
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
    3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
      1 pn Salt
    1/2 c  Unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c  Natural sugar
    1/2 c  Nondairy milk
      2 ts Vanilla extract
  1 3/4 c  Rolled oats
    1/2 c  Sweetened dried cranberries;
           - chopped
    1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped
 
  Preheat the oven to 350?F. Lightly oil two baking sheets spray them
  with cooking spray, or line them with parchment paper. Set aside.
  
  In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon,
  and salt.
  
  In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, nondairy milk, and
  vanilla, mixing until blended. Add the reserved dry ingredients along
  with the oats, cranberries, and walnuts, stirring to mix well. Drop
  by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2" apart.
  
  Bake for about 14 minutes or until done. Let cool completely on the
  baking sheets before storing in an airtight container.
