Please make sure that the Point exists in a Pointlist in Config-Nodelist and 
has an entry in Config-Internet Sessions, ie.

1:229/426.69 fidonet PICKUPONLY U

If any of these settings are changed, recompile the Nodelist and Rebuild the 
outgoing Queue ie. ALT+Q.
