I've added "StyleCodes" as the format name to Section 5.  I figure this is the most appropriate because it appears to have come from GoldEd initially.  

Examples:

    ^AMARKUP: Markdown 1.0
    ^AMARKUP: BBCode 1.0
    ^AMARKUP: Gemtext 1.0
    ^AMARKUP: StyleCodes 1.0
