Immigration, all aspect of it fall under Article 2 of the constitution. Article 2 is the President, this is Little Marco's job and he's doing a great job. With immigration this is all handled under the President, and not Article 3 Judges. This is as per the law that congress passed. All case proceedings are handled by Immigration Judges, all the appeals are seen their as well. Some Article 2 Judge can make a determination for deportation, if there is an appeal you'll do so with a A2 judge. If you don't want to be brutalized then don't resist. If you don't want to get shot, don't drive your car into an officer. If you don't want to get shot, don't take a gun to riot and get involved in that riot. I say this as a 2A supporter. I carry all the time when I'm running the roads of America, I prefer Merica. I avoid places where I can't carry, if I can, and avoid States that have strict laws against 2A. Sometimes my GPS tries to get me to go through Illinois, I won't listen and I'll drive further south before tacking east. Simple... If you're hear Illegally you might get deported. If ICE, or any police fort that matter, wants to arrest you. Follow the lawful commands and you might not get hurt. Or... Trump offered Self Deportation, do that and file to come back legally.
