It's effectively DEI hiring at the extreme.  Take successful farms from the
white farmers who made the farms successes, over many generations, and have all
the knowledge and experience.  Then give the farms to the lazy, useless,

Communism always devolves into totaltarianism.  Orwell's "Animal Farm"
illustrates that nicely - and is a pretty nice read.
