You know what Clarence Thomas wrote in the decision on Racial Gerrymandering, where he used the word "REPUGNANT" if ANY government body used race in their measure for ANYTHING.

Welp, Joe Biden said, REPEATEDLY, that he wanted to appoint a BLACK female Justice.  He was sooooooooooooo confident in his choice that her appointment was auto-penned in...

I thought justice Ketanji Brown Jackson would loose her seat based on the auto-pen thingy... But I would argue that Gerrymandering the Supreme Court is the same.
