I don't think he'll run.

In Fetterman's case, he truely is brain damaged from his stroke and he's in the
in-between area where he's not so brain damaged that he does what his masters
tell him, but he's not brain damaged enough to run for President.  :)

Kidding aside: I think it's too much for him and he probably will bow out.
